Selecting your Items
To place an order browse through our categories. You can select products you require directly from the product listing using the 'Buy Now' button. Alternatively you can click on the product image or product name to see more detailed information and then use the Add to Cart' button to select the product. Once you have selected the item it will appear in your shopping cart.
Shopping Cart
When you have finished shopping, your shopping cart will contain all the items you have selected to buy. If you wish to remove any items from your shopping cart, tick the 'remove' box on the left hand side of the item. Once the necessary boxes have been ticked click ‘update’ and this will update your shopping cart. When you are finished with your shopping cart click 'continue' to proceed to the next stage.
Delivery Information
PLEASE NOTE: SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. Please ensure you provide us with a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery. This could be a place of work, a relative's house or neighbours house. In order to assist you the courier will contact you on the day of delivery with an expected delivery time. Please provide us with a suitable phone number for the courier to contact you on.
Payment Information
The payment information section gives you the chance to use any vouchers you have in your possession. A code is normally sent by email when a voucher is in use. To redeem this voucher, enter the code in the 'gift vouchers and coupons' box and click 'redeem’. The confirmation of the voucher will then appear in the 'products ordered' box at the top of the page. You can then pay for your order using Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Purchase, Mastercard, Switch or Solo. We do not accept American Express. Once this is complete click 'continue' and this will allow you to check all your details one last time before confirming your order. Once you have confirmed your order you will be taken to a final page stating that your order has been placed.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address once you have placed your order. If you don't receive this, your order has not been finalised. Please contact us for assistance.
